Your brand.
Our gear.
Launch cycling products under your own shop’s name. We handle design, manufacturing, and quality — you get a differentiated line your customers can’t price-compare against the big sites. From [250 units], with samples in [2–3 weeks].

- Your branding, your packaging
Stop competing on price you can’t win.
Reselling recognizable brands forces a margin race against marketplaces. Private label moves you out of that race entirely.
Escape price comparison
When a product carries your name, customers can’t pull up the identical item cheaper online. You set the price, not the marketplace.
Higher margins
Own-brand products typically carry better margins than reselling recognizable brands at razor-thin competitive prices.
Brand loyalty
Customers who trust your brand come back to you for it — not to whoever happens to be cheapest this week.
Stand out on the shelf
A branded line signals a serious shop, not a reseller. It builds your shop’s identity — and ranks you against bigger competitors on identity, not price.

A clear path, no surprises.
Five steps. The third one — sample approval — is the gate that protects everyone.
- 1
Enquire
Tell us the product, your brand, and rough volume. We’ll advise on what’s feasible — honestly, including when something won’t work at your volume.
- 2
Quote & plan
You get a clear quote: unit cost at your volume, MOQ, customization scope, and timeline. No hidden costs added later.
- 3
Sample
We produce a sample with your branding. Turnaround: [2–3 weeks]. Nothing goes to production until you approve a physical sample.
This is the safety net.A retailer’s biggest fear with private label is committing money to a full run that arrives wrong with their name on it. The sample-approval gate removes that risk — you hold the finished product in your hand before we make a thousand of them. - 4
Production
On your sign-off, full production runs. Lead time: [6–8 weeks from sample sign-off]. You get progress updates at the key milestones.
- 5
Delivery
Your branded stock ships ready to sell — boxed, packed, and barcoded to your spec.
Because it’s your reputation too.
When your brand goes on a product, its quality reflects on your shop — so we treat it like our own. Every private-label product is made to the same standard as the Ryden range, tested to [CE EN-1078 (helmets), CPSC where applicable], and backed by [2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, same as the Ryden range].
You’re not just buying stock; you’re borrowing a quality standard you can vouch for. Test certificates and conformity documentation are available on request — important if you’re branding safety-critical products like helmets.
Be one of our first private-label partners.
We’re onboarding a founding group of private-label customers on favorable terms — reduced MOQs on first runs, hands-on design support, locked-in unit pricing for 12 months, and direct input into the product range we develop next.
We’re not posting fabricated case studies. As real private-label partners come on board and consent to be referenced, this section will be replaced with their actual outcomes — units, lead time, results.
Honest about minimums.
Private-label pricing depends on the product, your volume, and your customization level — so exact unit costs come in your quote. But here’s what we can tell you up front, before you spend time on an enquiry:
- MOQs start at [250 units] for logo and packaging customization on most products. A few categories run higher (see Section 3 above for the per-product MOQ).
- Unit cost improves with volume. The price you see in your quote is the price you pay at checkout — we won’t quote a dream number and surprise you later with charges that weren’t in the original.
- Sample cost is credited backagainst your first bulk order. So sampling isn’t a sunk cost if you proceed.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit to start production, balance before shipping. Net terms considered on second and subsequent runs once a track record exists.
Tell us your target volume and we’ll come back with a real number — not a teaser.
The questions retailers actually ask.
What’s the minimum order for private label?
[250 units] for logo and packaging customization on most products. Spec changes need higher volume — we’ll confirm for your specific product at enquiry.
How long does the whole process take?
Typically [2–3 weeks] for a sample, then [6–8 weeks from sample sign-off]. Total: roughly [8–11 weeks from enquiry to delivery]. Faster on reorders since no re-sampling is needed.
Can I see a sample before committing to a full run?
Yes — and you should. Nothing goes to production until you approve a physical sample with your branding. This is the single biggest risk-reducer on a private-label order, and we treat it that way.
What can I actually customize at low volume?
Logo and packaging are accessible at the starting MOQ. Color and spec customization need higher volume and may not be feasible for every product — we’ll be straight with you about what works.
Are private-label products covered by warranty?
Yes — [2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, same as the Ryden range].
What about safety certifications?
Products are made to [CE EN-1078 (helmets), CPSC where applicable]. Test certificates and conformity documentation are available for your records — essential when you’re putting your brand on a safety product.
Who owns the branding and design?
You own your brand, logo, and any design assets you provide. If we contribute design work (e.g. a packaging layout from your brief), the layout file becomes yours on full payment — clarified in writing in your quote.
What if I want to reorder?
Once your branded product is set up, reorders are faster — no re-sampling needed unless you change something. We keep tooling, artwork, and spec on file. Reorder lead times are typically half the original.
Let’s build your line.
Tell us what you’re thinking — the product, your brand, and rough volume. We’ll come back within [2 business days]with honest advice on what’s feasible and a real quote, not a generic auto-reply.
